REFUND POLICY

1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or was sent in error.

2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact.baalista@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting images of the product if applicable. We will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the item.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

4. Non-returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products

  • Items on sale or clearance

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact.baalista@gmail.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. We will provide you with a return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
